        Stephanie Buttermore When you went all in did you get a lot of strength gain? After you cut and you do bulk you tend to gain strength. Do you think you gained even more strength then you have if you just did a regular bulk?

      Binge watching your videos today. Probably going to do it the rest of the weekend as well. I find your videos helpful and so inspiring! I'm scared of intuitive eating (but I'm trying), I'm used to this ED (Ana BP subtype), and I'm trying so hard to tackle it, and this week was crazy. I gave myself a week of fear foods and ate like 3000+ calories, and l ended up feeling like a furnace. I needed to see these videos, because I felt so confused and honestly alone like... 3000? Jesus. I think I had 4000 one of the days. 🥺

      I am doing the healthy thin mentality which may be the same as all in. The philosophy is on diets don't work dot com. I am in the repair phase (after fasting a lot last year) and notice a huge change in my energy I feel amazing! I might have started dropping weight now but mostly just focused on work outs and getting strong after a back injury last fall (also around the same time I started HTM) my glutts are shrinking since exercise.... kind of flat now but like I know the muscle is coming and it will get more voluptuous again. The body is so amazing. Thank you so much for your videos. I so am glad I found them to have someone to relate to and I really hope other people find this kind of strength and happiness in their relationship with food and their bodies.

      fat distribution is purely genetic - I've seen a couple of girls that gained 9 pounds and it all went to their butt and legs while stomach remained virtually the same. I have seen cases where the fat was evenly distributed, and quite a few where 84% of the fat was gained around the mid area (love handles and belly) and that's unfortunate but it is what it is.

      I couldn't agree more with your opinion on the glutes. Of course, is nice to see the muscle defined, but some fat on top makes the whole butt worth it! I'm so happy you got to see how gorgeous you have become singe your ALL IN process. Not that you weren't before, it's a whole. You were restraining yourself and the body shows exactly that. You are amazing anyway but after the ALL IN you have a glow, a roundness that is so sexy and attractive! The only people who wants skinny girls are gay guys. To work for them in the fashion industry. A real man wants to have where to grab. And I'm a girl, but I have the body you have now (without the workout lol) and I've always been really secure of my body in that sense. So go girl, this is only for you, but low key, this is how people secretly prefer bodies 😘

      That's true, you need to put on a bit of fat if you want the peachy bum look. Any time I've achieved that it's been because I was eating more food while training. I like your realistic take on this, because the truth is it's really hard to have a flat stomach and a big booty at the same time. To get abs you need lower body fat % and to get a fuller booty, you need to build muscle and also put on some fat.

      I have a question. So in the beginning when I first started working out I was drinking slim fast shakes to lose the weight and fat. Well now I'm at the weight I want to be and I'm in the shape I want to be but now I'm trying to build my glutes more. I've seen progress a lot of it. Do I still keep drinking my slim fast shakes? Or do I replace with something else? Also, do I drink protein drinks everyday even on the days I don't work out? Or only on the days I workout? Thanks

      What if I'm not built like a petite Asian, but more a tall Viking with long limbs, no ass, and a tendency to put weight in my upper arms, thighs, and gut -- not my butt. What then? I have fat over muscle, but my waist is the first thing to thicken when I'm heavier. Not a good look.

      Hey Thanks for sharing, I am working on my glutes and i do eat oatmeal alot i cut the milk ( cow milk ). so i noticed that my glutes is getting bigger but my belly is gaining weight, my question is how do you balance between gaining weight for the sake of glutes without affecting the abs area.       Honey, honestly, you were anorexic before. Your muscles showed because there was nothing between them and your skin, it's not because they were developed. This isn't healthy. Butt is a combination of muscle and fat. You had none. Now, you've gained a little bit more muscle and a lot of fat, making you look overall bigger, including your butt but mostly the width of your hips But I don't think it's a good advice to tell people to get fatter if they want a bigger butt. A beautiful, round, perky butt is not achieved by diet, but through exercise (and genes). A fat butt is saggy, full os cellulite and spread out. You were on the extreme. This isn't a good example.

      What is really interesting is, I have Charcot-Marie Tooth Disease, which is a neuro-muscular disorder. So doing deadlifts before accessory work, for me, does not work. I have to tax my body with 30 minutes of cardio and a minimum of 30 minutes of accessory work in order to do power-lifting, and yes this includes trying to hit a PR. So for me to hear people doing power movements before accessory work is just odd.

      If you have already trained glutes and then gain weight, yes, your butt will probably look bigger. That's what she's saying. Mine was always flat and weight gain did help. It's not that it'll 100% work, but if you have trained glutes and continue to, it is likely to grow

      my thigh and butt size change the most significantly when i gain and lose weight. eating really was the best and easiest way to get a fuller butt based on my weight gain distribution

      I'm almost 40 and JUST RECENTLY realized I've been borderline anorexic for 20+ years 🤣. Now I'm eating. And I can lift heavy! I run sometimes because it makes me feel good but I don't care about how much I weigh. I actually look better and feel WAY better. My point is, long term under eating can really effect your health, for all you young people.. My hair is super thin in spots, I couldn't ever get pregnant, and I was so tired all the time.
