      Hey Stephanie and Jeff! At 17:00 minutes, Jeff goes into the muscles for certain actions, and I wanted to make a small correction: the brachialis is the main muscle during a HAMMER curl, not a normal curl. The bicep is still the main muscle for elbow flexion for a normal bicep curl. I had to check my notes when he said that cause I remember we had that discussion in kinesiology about it. (PS I am getting my doctorate in physical therapy, I love watching your guys’ videos. Learned a lot from y’all.)

      A full air face mask a weight belt a air pump and air hose and deep water. A workout routine to work your muscle's in a fluid environment to work all your tissue's in a different way. Or even design a brace to hold you at the waist to allow you to move like kata movement's underwater to achieve different results? Try it and feel the burn just be mindful of getting sore. 👍😀😊

      Is there a way that you or Jeff could do a video, delving into the science of rest days? I know a lot of us gym-rats beat ourselves up when we take rest day, an unhealthy habit, I know. I think a ton of your viewers from benefit from a look into how the effects of missed gym sessions. Like, if you take two days off from the gym, or even three days, how much progress, if any will you lose? I know I'd love to have something, based in science, to refer to during the crazy weeks when I truly can only make it to the gym four or five times. :-)

      Hey! Just bought your training program. I am a bit confused on RPE...I was wondering if you had a video explaining it in more detail? I looked through some of Jeff's series as well, but am still a bit mystified by it. Hope that doesn't sound dumb. 😅 I just dont really know what 7 or 8RPE means, maybe its because I haven't done a one rep max? I dunno. Anyways, excited to start the program. Did day one to the best of my ability yesterday but I want to make sure I am doing and understanding everything well. And YES please do an upper body program.
