Would you recommend this program for summer if I am trying to maintain my muscle as much as possible, but shedding a little bit of the fluff I accumulated after growing my muscles over the winter? Where do you purchase your leggings?
When I was reading on the website it states the program is not for you if you have lesd than 6 months of training experience. Is this because of a biological difference between those two groups of people? Or simply assuming a beginner wouldnt be able to properly execute the exercises? If you or jeff address it in another video i will see it. Love to see your committment and thoroughness with the science behind the exercises. You're doing an amazing job hopefully more people will discover your videos instead of watching some hot girl babble about how she thinks she got hot. Keep it up and thanks a lot
Stephanie, what to do you recommend as a glute workout when you're only doing one glute day a week and really want to hit it on that day? I'm starting a fitness plan that's focused more on cardiovascular ability, and upper body and core strength, but part of the program allows for a day of whatever workout session I want and I'd like to focus it on glutes, but I'm not sure how to build that workout. Should I still rotate it so every other week is heavy and between those heavy weeks it's more of a hypertrophy training? Or should they all be heavy since its not my main focus and I'm only hitting it once a week?

Would Jeff’s program work for beginners?
first of all - you're awesome. Second- little tip! When you do the ab wheel, see how it feels if you don't stack your hips over your knees after each rep. It helps hold the tension in your abdomen so you don't get a break and you get more out of each rep :) cheers lady

Where are your leggings from?
Why do dumbbell deadlifts anteriorly instead of laterally? With the bar there's no choice but with the dumbells since it'll most likely be lesser than weight than a bar lift it should be more effective to the sides to compensate for the reduction in weight through form.
