***Ingredients and Recipes***
Meal 1: Egg and Cheese Breakfast Sandwich
-2 Slices Delightful 45 Cal Bread
-6 Tbsp Liquid egg whites
-1/4 C Shredded Cheese (full fat or fat free)
-Chopped Butternut Squash
-4 TBSP Salsa
1. Place butternut squash in air fryer at 360 degrees F for 12 min. (put in oven and bake at 400F for 15 min if you don’t have air fryer)
2. Toast bread.
3. Place shredded cheese on one side.
4. Cook eggs like a scramble and place eggs on top of cheese.
5. Top with other side of bread
6. Remove cooked squash and top with cinnamon.

Meal 2: Thai Chicken Wrap
-3 oz Grilled Chicken
-1 Joseph Lavash Bread
-2 TBSP Curry Paste (I used Prik King)
-2 TBSP Soy Sauce
-2 TBSP Peanut Powder (PB2 or Protein4oats Peanut honey)
-1/4 C Shredded Carrots
-1/4 C Bean Sprouts
-1/8 C Chopped Cilantro
-1/8 C Shredded lettuce
-Side: Kiwi
1. Combine peanut powder, soy sauce and curry paste.
2. Spread on lavash bread
3. Add grilled chicken, lettuce, cilantro, carrots, and beans sprouts.
4. Tightly roll up and cut in half.
5. Kiwi on the side

Weighing out every single thing one eats is so incredibly mentally unhealthy. Eating should not be a punishment.
As a mother of 5 that tavels a lot with them i chuckled a bit at a straw packing necklace hack because i dont remember the time when i had that kind of freedom of selfcare (and yes carefully packing your jewelry is a form of selfcare lol) now i just make sure everyone else is happy. I am getting bacl to caring for myslef though! Lost 6 lbs so far, and gained muscle mass! Going from 151lbs down to 130 (God help me) ! 300 grams isn't that much carbs if you're getting a decent amount of cardio every day. I eat about 260-330 grams of carbs a day, which is about 45% of my macros. The rest are 35% protein and 20% fat on 2,400 to 2,800 calories a day. I only weigh about 140 lbs, and my bodyfat should be under 10%. I had it at 7.8% earlier this year, and am getting it measured again tomorrow.

How do you weigh your halo top? Much discrepancy on how to accurately weigh out and track ice cream on the World Wide Web...Usually mL converts to grams...but I was told ice cream is different, ice cream in Canada is labeled in ml even though it's a solid. Help!

Hi Stephanie! I've a dying question bout diet and exercise... I recently left my job as a zookeeper which involved being active on the job, 5 days a week which I managed to drop 6kg over a year. This has been bothering me for weeks. You have 700g carbohydrates on cheat days, and 345g carbohydrates every day yet you only have 100 pounds of fat free lean body mass. While most people should have 21 calories per a pound of lean body mass, it sounds like you should have 35 calories per a pound of fat free lean body mass. You must do a lot of cardio, extra activities throughout the day, and have a ton of caffeine. Do you do calisthenics throughout the day, that could be why your metabolism is so high. Base metabolism of laying all day is 14 calories per a pound of lean body mass, and sleeping calorie burn is 15% lower than that. Some of the classic High Intensity Training guys did lots of cocaine to give them high metabolisms, but died of heart attacks at young ages because of it. You could have 438g carbohydrates a day, 700g carbohydrates on cheat days, 88g protein a day, and 55g fat a day. I just took the 35 calories per pound, did 50% as carbohydrates, and cut out a lot of fat so you get plenty of carbohydrate fuel without gaining fat that comes out to 26 calories per a pound of fat free lean body mass for lean bulking. That's 2599 calories a day where you may get a lot stronger doing this, and put on an additional 10 pounds of muscle. The extra carbohydrates on cheat days make sure your glycogen is fully loaded for extra metabolism and extra energy throughout the week. When your glycogen is fully loaded you will weigh 5.44 pounds more, and the bodyfat analyzer will mistake that as an extra 5.44 pounds of fat which my omron handheld doesn't. Unless you binge on protein on cheat days it will take a month to put on another 10 pounds of muscle. It may take a couple weeks to become fully glycogen loaded unless you were to have 1118g of carbohydrates on one of your cheat days. If it takes a few weeks to fully load glycogen, it could appear as gradual fat gain but it's just glycogen slowly accumulating while fat is burning even more due to faster metabolism. The reason to go over on carbohydrates is to insure being glycogen loaded that increases anabolism and metabolism while also avoiding burning muscle to also lower protein intake as I explained.
