Resistance bands are a great help when you're on vacation. I use our luggage bag or travel bag while squatting or doing pulse lunge

Didnt Jeff said the hypertophy range volume is 80-220 reps per musclep/week maybe a little higher for more adcanced individuals? That workout is about 300 reps and you are working glutes 3 times a week if im not mistaken? I would appreciate a solid answer because im actually a bit confused and curious here.

Hei, Steph, i am also in the med school, studying nutrition, and having apetite troubles as You from what i can see :D i used to eat large amounts of animal proteins, ham also.. sweetners,protein bars..but.. learning more and more and wanting HEALTH over everything, i realised, this may make me FIT, strong, skinny, whatever, but NOT healthy.. what about the nitrozamines, the colon cancer, the stomac cancer, even tho there is some vit c besides, have you think that your plate isn t actually.. healthy?

I heard u say that u use the fit bit to track steps. Have u ever used it to track calories in/out? If so, what do u think about the "estimates" it calculates in terms of the added amount of calories it claims u can eat but remain in a deficit, although that caloric amount may be over a person's goal? Should a person follow the fit bit and eat that amount, or should they stick with their goal. I've lost 20lbs using the fit bit and now I am at a bit of a plateau and this feature of the fit bit leaves me confused and wanting to know others thoughts. Thanks!

Could you make a video on low calorie high volume foods/recipes please? I have the same problem, I'm also always hungry and can eat and eat and not feel full and satisfied. Hey Stephanie, hope ur doing good, i realy Adore ur videos and the content that ur putting but i realy need ur help, well i've been lifting for 1 year and 3 months so now due to my job and lack of time i only get the chance to workout 1 day a week, i can still train at home but not as intense as the gym (what kind of workouts do u recommend to do at home), do u think that will have an effect on the muscle mass that i already have, and how to prevent that from happening, PS: love u so much
