Hi Stephanie, great content as always! I really enjoyed your overfeeding experiment whereby you measured the effects it had on your body. Just a question, I recently did a cheat day not huge (5000cals) but I consumed most of them late at night. I tested my blood glucose the next morning and it was really elevated, pre diabetic range. The next day I worked out as normal and ate below maintenance. I tested again 48 hours later and still pre diabetic, but lower than before! This has scared me, should I worry? I’m very active, in good shape and low BMI. Your thoughts are very welcome.
Your approach reminds me of Abby Pollock’s Transformnation program. Which I really love coz its science based! :) more power!
