Go put some clothes on love. Sick of seeing your ASS in my feed

    3. the proust effect

This is so great to be aware of for a variety of reasons. I'm much less stressed now about not having a full weight setup at home, I can just do more reps 😘

    4. akshay rathore

how are these models not sweating from the ass? Those leggings look unrealistically skin tight for gym

    5. Nick J

    6. ItsYoGirl Kayla

Hiii please help! I want to build a even bigger butt. I’ve been doing 4 sets and 6-8 reps with high weight. Should I be doing even higher weights and 5 set and 4 reps. I just want to really grow. I grew 3inchs on my butt over 1 year. Thank youuuu

    7. Lou Nyx

Wow can't believe how much you change (in a positive way!) when I look back to that video

    8. Frank Zeller

Social media fame formula: overbleached fake looking teeth - check Skimpy clothes - check Tits or ass - ... sorry about your lack of scoliosis Nevertheless, good luck with your glute growth goals! 😀

    9. Joel Kepseu

      Nice training session

But you got no ass. Looks so bad especially while standing or walking

    13. C b

      Wow, very informative!! Thank you!😃

    14. Grace Romaine

I’m a bit late, but thank you for this! I watch a lot of HUfast fitness videos, specifically on strength and hypertrophy, but have never seen a female HUfastr make entertaining vlogs that incorporate scientific information rather than just anecdotal suggestions. Thank you!

    16. Jamie Starr’s journey

I loved how you edited your video and explained everything... but girl when you went from the frame of your hair down to it being up I was blown away your skin is glowing and I just couldn’t believe with your hair pulled up you got even prettier lol 😂 not being weird just saying!!

    17. Tayla Hansen

Can someone please explain to me the type of reps and how many to do for the lying hammy curl exercise. I didn’t understand some of the terms used but want to try the cluster method she’s talking about

    18. Nanna Endersby

Really like this video! Loads of good tips!! I've felt a bit bummed as I'm not able to keep adding weight because of two slipped discs in my neck, so I focus mostly on form and low weight. But this was super helpful on how to get more results. 👌⭐

    19. Dacon Juarbes

Killin it!!! 💪🏽 I’ve passed the gym a few times visiting my brothers. I didn’t know it was that nice lol

    20. Julien Cournoyer

I swear I'm watching this for the advice and technics ;-p

    21. Jessica Cunningham

      Thanks for the breakdown babe

    22. Arcilios

      Damn she's fine

    25. christie reslock

I just want the answer I feel like the title is clickbait

    26. Katafotik

Thanks you very much for the amazing videos. Quick question what camera equipment do you use to record your workouts in gyms. Is it GoPro?

    27. P.P

Those deadlifts are going to kill your back. No need to go to 185 if you're rounding your back at that weight. Ouch.

    28. A Saeed

As a university student studying science I adore the fact that you’re including evidence from research journals!!!

    29. Laura

Yesss love to see more workout videos like this!!! Especially the basic exercises. ♥️👍🏼☺️

    30. paperprincess

You dead 185#!!!?? Wow! Where are you hiding all that strength?

    31. Dominique Blagojevic

My butt gets more sore from 3 sets of 12 of Bulgarian split squats with 20lbs then I do when I do hip thrusts with 1115lbs. Is this normal?

    32. Raquel Beatrice Pupo, PTA

Those warm ups will definitely injure your hips. You need to not swing your legs that way. It's not natural and we don't do that in everyday life. Just do normal ROM warm ups.

    33. ellie may

keep up the great work, i love your videos :) hoping to do the same kinda stuff soon ...

    34. Sharan Nandi

      Mam u r so hot

Do you have a discount code for the Alphalete leggings? what style are they? i love them!

    37. Deep Blue

      You look like ana cherie

    38. Jasper Silvis

Hip thrusts on the leg extension machine? Nice idea! The barbell pads are always missing in the gym.

    39. Shanice C

Tell post mates to stay away from your videos....All that Cheetos and sliders crap is not what I want to see when I’m trying to be snatched.

    41. Millennial Patriot

      She farted 😂

    42. Alam S

    43. Ryan Deffley

Gotta say..using a leg extension machine for a hip thrust is pretty creative. Also very informative content. BTW - A high rep squat workout like 10 sets of 10 is seriously brutal. Feel like it builds the legs but is also killer for conditioning.

    44. The Crimson Capsule

Why did that eThot video appear in my feed?

    45. a c

What a yapper!! Video kinda starts at 3:45🙄🤦‍♀️🙄🤦‍♀️

    48. La'Shay S. Crayton

Question: do your pre workout drinks have calories or carbs? I like to fast or just have coffee before my workout. Thanks so much and you are lovely. Blessings to you and Jeff.

    49. Elisa P. Haxton

I am confused.....the seat is suppose to support the back, why do you do the abduction away from it....?

    50. Tito Real

      5:38 Your welcome

    51. gogolaygo

Shit, 185 lbs deadlift?! I just started a week ago at 60lbs... is 150lbs + even possible???!

    52. Diana6053

I love how you set yourself apart and add solid info in your training videos. Definitely one of my top people to learn from !! Your information is also helping me achieve my own fitness journey! Thank you!

    53. kaos MEZARCI

    54. Virginia Gouin

I never know how to get under the pad for the machine hip thrust 🤔🤔

    55. Wendy

I've never seen a back extension machine like that!!!

    56. jessica camacho

How do you manage to finish your workout training with your makeup like that? I can't even wear mascara 😂

    57. rowena renfrow

Can you do a video on beauty tips? What do you use on your face? Your skin looks amazing.

    58. Leticia Viera

Great tips!! Got new ideas to mix it up at the gym❤🔥🔥

    59. FirstName LastName

I just read a great study that actually said you get the best growth in your glutes if you squat on my face. Pretty interesting

    60. Rein Wang

Hi dear i do enjoy your video but when will u upload new one

    61. Low Rider

I love using the leg extension machine for hip thrust , thanks for the tip 👍

    62. Living like Leah

With the banded back extension, isn’t that an ab exercise?

    63. Louisa Keddell

Omg I’m so glad I found your video! You have just answered so many questions I had on training, and I love the idea of doing hip thrusts on the machine! this is life-changing... 😆new sub here and yes more training vids please! Thanks for your tips!

    64. Rohit Shan

U r just here to show your ass everything else is just a strategy..... There is difference in men doing deadlift and squat.... Woman doing deadlift and squat... Men keep their camera in front.... And women keep there camera focus on there ass or boobs..... This is disgusting.....

    65. Naomi Blackerby

Is there a reason you don’t use grips when lifting heavy pull exercises like dead lifts? Ps thanks for your content, I really like it. And I’m week 2 block to of your women’s program and I LOVE 💕 it!

    66. Dave Sharpe

Just started watching your videos, great info. Perfect form. Nice to lift heavy but once you break form you start using other muscles and better chance of injury,

      1. Dave Sharpe

Just started watching him too. Pretty knowledgeable. A lot of people put videos on. Never know what to believe lol

      2. Jessica P

Completely agree - form is way more important than weight. Ever heard of Athlean-X? He is freaking amazing. As a female ive followed his advice. Amazing results. He advocates form and mind muscle connection over heavy. Once u got the form load up the plates. Look him up. He doesn't disappoint!

    67. Amber Mitchell

I am so so glad you incorporated and broke down a meta study in your video. I've been trying to get back into exercising (both aerobic and anaerobic) and I've been reading primarily meta studies from Pubmed to answer my questions and bust workout myths. It's often hard to find reputable sources coming from "fitness gurus," and there certainly is a bunch of bs circulating out there. I was wondering about the high load/low rep and low load/high rep, especially since I only have 3 days to do strength training while studying. Thank you for being on top of your research!

    68. Ozzie Anxiety

      At least you have somebody

    69. Stacey

love this! Cant wait to hit the gym and try these moves

    70. Riley Chapa

Im probably a dummy but can anyone explain what she means by 3:1 tempo? I’m brand spanking new to all this😅

      1. Riley Chapa

        Eva D thank you!

      2. Eva D

Riley Chapa take 3 seconds to do the first motion and 1 second to do the second motion.

    71. Nayra Cabrera

      I love all your videos!!

    72. The man to scared to get a tattoo

      Your make up is incredible.

    73. AfroQueen

Thank you for showing the machine hip thrust!

    74. Laurynski

So creative to use the leg machine for your hip thrusts! Love it!! ❤️❤️

    75. Amber Wilford

Your genetics have alot to do with your results. It is very easy for African Americans to grow muscles which is bananas. I'm only have black and my muscle mass is amazing. I can stop working out for a year and it only takes me about five months to get back to my fit body.

    77. Home Cooked Not Good Looked

Does anyone have any tips about setup in the extrantion machine for hip thrust? Always struggle

      1. Gwen Gwen

Blerina Sadikaj Just do it on a smith rack. It’s amazing.

    78. Sharice Bryant

Ppl are gonna look at me like I’m crazy when I try the hip thrusts on the leg extension machine, but that’s alright lol. Thanks for the vid, very informative!!! 💕💪🏾

      1. weruleyoudrool

I’ve accidentally lifted the machine off the ground several times. I had to switch to a different setup

      2. Nanna Endersby

Was just thinking the same BUT I'm so up for not having to spend time setting up the hip thrust machine . 😅

      3. Gabriela Fox

I feel you. Took me a couple months to just not care and do it. People look but whatever, I’m building those glutes 😂

      4. Britt

I prefer using the leg extension machine for hip thrusts because it's cushioned. I try not to make eye contact. lol

      5. Dominique Blagojevic

I always do hip thrusts with the leg extension machine

    79. Esje Besje

      Great video!!!! Thanks!!

Does the Prolific High Volume simply give you energy? Does it help with any thing else ? such as muscle recovery etc ?

    82. Lisa Agra

      Hmm cool information

"I got a new macbook pro, because my previous macbook almost exploded trying to do all my edits". Man its so annoying to see those behavior or mindset from an IT-standpoint. the macbook is shit, so what to do about it? buy a new one .. instead of buying something good.

    86. Sam Kemp

your advice is incredible. You and Jeff are my gym bible xxxx

    87. Romana

Hi Stephanie, cool video! Actually I was hoping for more general rules so i can apply them when adjusting my own gym schema. Can you elaborate more on This subject?

    88. RiRiG

I love the machine hip thrust idea! This will save me so much time at the gym setting up the equipment

    89. akanksha sharma

can you please do as series for a whole week.

    90. Average Jose

You're exactly right, there's really 2 ways to build muscle. 1. Heavy weight, low reps 2. Light/moderate weight to failure. Several studies showed similar results. So, older people should do the lighter weight to avoid the injuries and the younger folks can go much heavier. Thanks for sharing. Everyone needs to know this.

      1. ed

pearlescent thank you so much!!! i really appreciate it. enjoy your day/night!!!

      2. pearlescent

@ed I'd recommend going lower weight, higher reps/sets because of the endurance factor. Weightlifting really doesn't burn that much calories - cardio does - but it builds muscle that will eventually increase your resting metabolism. That being said, going more reps with the lower weight will get your heart rate higher + burn more calories than heavy lifting. Someone please correct me if I'm mistaken in anything, I'm certainly no fitness expert!

      3. Average Jose

@ed reduce carbs below 50g a day to keep insulin controlled and you wont have to spend so much time and effort in the gym.

      4. ed

how about when trying to loose fat?

      5. Anne Picco

Lifting heavy weights gives the advantages to improve strength more . The two give similar results for hypertrophy but heavy weights/low reps is better for the strength, lower weights/more reps is better for endurance

    91. Anjuli Mack
