I just think we should just all concentrate on doing the Sumo Squat exercise, it really shapes the glutes, I use 4-kilo weights and boy do I feel my bum burning, all you have to do is do it every other day doing 3 supersets of 30 seconds I've been doing a set similar to this tutorial for the past 3 weeks and I'm seeing some nice results, have a look hufast.info/plan/vide/n4zXm9N2mZ_HoY0

I wish the video had started on the gym already. Too many explanations to get to the part we really want to watch, the excersises. Probably for a future reference it is better to do what some influencers do, like having the workout channel and in case the want to share like personal life hacks or comments they have another channel.

Dear Dr. Buttermore. I know this is an old video, but I'm guessing you will still get the notification. I would highly recommend some series on Netflix from Korea and Japan. "Something in the Rain" and "Mr. Sunnshine" from Korea. "Million Yen Woman", "The many faces of Ito", "Love and fortune" and "Terrace House" from Japan. I know the thought of watching series in such a very different language might be off-putting. But I assure you that the flow of the language will grow on you quite quickly and then the text does the rest. They are indeed very beautifully made.
