I wanna gain but don’t wanna be too big or too small I’m 5’5 and a half so I basically say 5’6 and I have long legs so people think I’m taller anyways, but I wanna be around 135 or 145 & I was just curious as to what you weighed before and what you weigh now ?

      I was fat before and i did lose weight but I've been over the limit i was about to be anorexic that's why i stop exercising and gain some weight but i feel happy and contented right now i still workout but not intense 😊 and i do feel inspired by you. I hope to watch lot of workouts while you are in you're all in because i see a lot of improvement in your physique it looks like you're chubby but still on shape 😍 and you look more gorgeous

      I did not have LASIK but another type of laser eye surgery but mine did not turn out right either, and until today, after thes econd surgery, I still can't see 100% clear. And it does not really make me feel any better that for others, it turned out OK with no complications. :(

      Stephanie I had the same lasik story as you had, the second surgery hurt as well but it did work, although with some cloudiness. ultimately had to start wearing glasses again...

      Girl- I relate to your Lasik experience. Mine wasn't as bad as yours, but you hear so many positive experiences with it, that I wish I would have heard a few people talk about how bad it could be so at least I had a better idea of what I was getting into. It's been a year and a half now, and I am glad I did it in the end, but I wish I knew how rough the experience would be. That sucks that you couldn't sleep after the surgery, that pain immediately afterwards is unreal!

      I work for a ophthalmologist. You need to get a second opinion. I also would start using ALOT of preservative free tears before the surgery and after. LASIK can cause serious dry eye syndrome. Love your videos!!

        Im not steph but for sure do light cardio after like walking and stretch before after ur workout, try chloe tings warm up and cool downs. But warm up and cool down stretch is super important plz keep ur muscles safee

      It really is convenient to buy your own equipment in case emergencies happen. I used to go to the gym everyday almost.. but I quit going to the gym around 2 years ago because I wanted to have an at home gym instead. I slowly started to buy gym equipment, and two years later, I have a pretty cool set up at my house! I’m so thankful I did started doing this, otherwise I would really be struggling not being able to go to the gym ! 😭
