( I'm 163 cm (5'5) tall ) because I was fat for him.. ( im.. 125 lbs) I'm not with him anymore but at the time I thought I was disgusting. I still think that but I'm trying to change it.. what makes me comfortable is that I only eat once a day.       I was recommended Stephanie a couple of days ago because I have struggled with extreme hunger and weighed 100 pounds and lost all of my shape through my weird eating that I couldn't put into words until I started binging on these videos and all of my working out and I feel SO HEARD! And I'm thinking about going all in to accomplish the same thing. I kind of started a variation of it about 2 weeks ago and my body weight shot up to 110 which tells me that it was craving this change but i'm looking healthier honestly and I'm so effing motivated by stephanie.         Same, this time last year I was 100 lbs and gradually went up to 113 from September to January/feb and got to about 120 in May we struggling but I’m sort of vibing because my mentality is just that no one has seen me and I know that’s not the right mindset but yea.       So I just watched your full video about your All-in results and the concept of your body plateauing and re-regulating hunger cues makes so much sense. Do you have any insight as to how this works for people who were obese as children? My body's "homeostasis" is on the heavy side so I'm afraid that going All-in will, in fact, lead to obesity because I feel like that's my "set point". I would love to be freed from constantly thinking about food and binge eating. Thank you for posting about this- it's so inspiring to see you be so in-tune with your body

      I found your page yesterday and oh my god, HOOKED. I've been watching your old cheat day vids and now your all on videos and you've inspired me to eat to satiety today! I have been losing weight recently and just working on being healthier, making sure I get in more exercise and am taking care of myself. I came back from a year in Australia in september and was just super unfit, unhealthy and felt crap. I had noticed a couple of weeks ago I ate a fair bit more than in previous weeks and ended up having a massive loss that week! Guess my body needed those extra cals!!! Watching your vids makes me trust my body so much more than my weight will reach it's set point and level out and I won't need to think about calories, just eating until I'm full!

      I can totally relate with you. I had a terrible eating disorder for 15 yrs. however the last few years of my eating disorder I was doing better. When I was 35 (13 years go) I found out I had a Rare type of cancer. I felt I was knocked over my head. The fear I use to have about calories and gaining weight no longer had the same weight to me. I had bigger issues . I was diagnosed with cancer and had a 4 week old baby. I started to allow myself to eat what ever I wanted. I gained 30 pounds. I ate what ever I felt. My body I found out was quite smart. I didn’t continue to gain wait. I don’t count calories and I eat when I’m hungry and finally feel satisfied. My daughter is 13 yrs old and I feel it’s my responsibility to show her what a healthy diet is. And that includes cake. It is about leading by example. You done a great job and I like your channel.
