        I am a bit confused. But correct me if I'm wrong. Did you consult with a registered dietitian beforehand and what goal weight did you set for yourself? I am a dietitian and any time a person lose weight or gain weight in a dramatic speed (yes. Even if the person was underweight before.) It puts the individual high risk for stroke and heart disease. Gaining wt at this rapid speed plays with your blood sugar /body's tolerance with your glucose level. I'm not sure what your bmi was before. But I don't think it was under 18.5 (underweight) ? If it wasn't not sure why you needed to be on an extreme wt gain calorie diet. If you wanted to fix your hunger issues, hormones issues.. etc possibly ditch high protein diet and add in healthy carbs but set a wt goal or liberalize range of bmi such as up to 25. But massive wt gain in a short amount of time or eating 5000 calories a day for no particular reason such as wound healing (burnt patients do that for wound healing. Or anorexia patients who has been diagnosed with protein calories malnutrition with bmi under 16) definitely is not healthy.

      GIRL. I've had arms size XL on a petite, small boobed body my whole life. Gaining weight actually evened out my body a bit and it felt so nice to feel proportionate.       I feel the same exact way right now about my arms! I gained weight and some of it went there and I'm super insecure about them right now, I also wear long sleeve shirts to the gym to cover them, but I love how curvy I became now. Like they say you cannot have everything you want lol.
