No matter how hard you try, you do not have the body compliment to enhance your Glutes. When you stand your Glutes are ugly, and IHOP pancakes are exactly what you should continue ingesting to keep that way!

Girls try to avoid training quads? Please explain. I think many of my leg workouts are quad focused, and now I'm worried!

Its okay, theres nothing wrong with training quads. Quads are important too. I think that some people try to avoid quads because of the proportions to the glutes, so that the glutes appear larger in proportion to the rest of the lower body so it seems more emphasized.
